CC Shirt Factory is Connor and Carleigh — that's the whole roster.
Connor runs the numbers and the press — quoting, scheduling the run, and pressing every shirt on our 15×15. Carleigh runs the art and the finish: checking every file before it goes near a blank, and making sure the print lands exactly where it's supposed to, every time. Two people, one press. No subcontractors, no outsourced runs.
We started CC Shirt Factory in 2026 — on purpose, and small enough to do it well. We're not a print farm: we don't print our own transfers, and we don't keep a warehouse of inventory. We buy wholesale blanks and pre-printed transfer sheets, then press every single shirt ourselves, by hand, in Austin. That was a deliberate trade: we could grow faster by outsourcing the parts we're good at, but then it wouldn't be us doing the work anymore — and that's the whole point of a two-person shop.
Our sweet spot is 12 to 48 shirts — small enough that a crew, a shift, or a team roster fits in one run, big enough to be worth firing up the press for. We work with trades, restaurants, gyms, schools, and teams around Austin who need shirts that look sharp and show up on time, not a bulk quote that goes quiet for two weeks.

How an order actually runs
Nobody wants to text three times to find out what's next. Here's exactly where your order stands, from the first message to shirts in hand.

Send the build
Use the price tool to build your order — shirt, sizes, print spot — or just tell us straight what you're after. Either way, it lands with a real number attached, not a placeholder.

Art check
Before anything's ordered, we check your file at the real size, in the real spot on the actual blank — not a guess on a generic template. If a logo's too small or a file's the wrong type, you hear it now, not after it's pressed.

Blanks ordered
Once art and sizes are locked, we order your exact blanks from our wholesale suppliers. We don't carry inventory, so nothing sits around waiting for a job — every run gets its own order.

Pressed in-house
Every shirt gets pressed by hand on our 15×15, here in Austin. No overseas run and no third-party print shop — if it says CC Shirt Factory, one of us pressed it ourselves.

Hand-off
Most orders wrap up with a local drop-off or a time to meet up — easy if you're anywhere in the Austin area. Need it shipped instead? Tell us when you reach out and we'll work out a rate.

What's the minimum order?
- 12 shirts is the floor for an online build. Need fewer, or just want one sample first? Reach out anyway and we'll tell you straight if it makes sense.

How long does a standard order take?
- It depends on the run — blank availability, art back-and-forth, how full the press schedule is — so we confirm a real date once we've seen your build instead of promising a generic number. If you're up against a deadline, say so first thing.

Can you rush an order?
- Yes — under 48 hours, front of the line. Rush adds a flat 40% to the whole order, which covers bumping everything else on the press to fit you in.

What kind of art file do you need?
- PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, or AI, up to 8MB. Don't have a print-ready file yet? Text it to us and we'll take it from there — no upload required.

Do you check the art before printing?
- Every time. We hold your file against the real blank, at full size, before anything goes near the press — so if a placement's going to look off, we catch it before you do, not after the box arrives.

Do bigger sizes cost more?
- A little. 2XL runs about $2 to $3 more per shirt depending on the blank; 3XL is $4 more across the board. That's roughly what the bigger blank costs us — we're not marking up the inconvenience.

What about hoodies or hats?
- Not on the instant quote yet — text us instead. We don't have hoodie and hat pricing dialed in well enough to put a number on a page, but we can quote it directly.

Which blanks do you carry?
- Four right now: Everyday (Gildan Softstyle 64000), Premium (Comfort Colors 1717), Athletic (Sport-Tek ST350 PosiCharge), Flex (LA Apparel 1801, special order). Full pricing lives on the rate card.

Can you put names or numbers on the back?
- Yes — $5 a shirt. Common for team and league orders; send the roster and we'll build the size-and-name matrix for you.

Can you print two locations, like a chest logo and a back design?
- Yes, for $3 a shirt more. Tell us both spots when you send your build and we'll price it in from the start.

Is there a deposit, and how does paying work right now?
- Right now we're in contact-us mode — no online payment yet. You send your build, we confirm the details and a final number, and nothing gets charged until you say go. Once online checkout is live, it'll work like this: half down locks your spot on the press, and the balance is due when your order's ready.

Pickup or delivery — how do I get my shirts?
- Local drop-off or meeting up in person is the default — easy if you're anywhere around Austin. Need it shipped somewhere else? Say so when you reach out and we'll figure out a rate.

Is it really just the two of you?
- Yes. Connor and Carleigh, one press, every shirt. That's not a disclaimer — it's the reason a crew's order gets full attention instead of getting lost in somebody else's queue.
