When you request a quote, place an order, or buy from a team store, we collect what you give us: your name, business or team name, email address, phone number, order details (shirt types, sizes, print locations), artwork files, notes, and — when an order ships — a delivery address.

We don't run ad trackers and we don't collect data to build marketing profiles.

We use your information to prepare your quote, confirm artwork and timing, produce your order, collect payment, and coordinate pickup or delivery. That's it — the practical business of making your shirts.

If you give us your phone number — through our quote form, a team store, by texting us at (737) 400-0398, or in person — you consent to receive text messages from CC Shirt Factory about your quote and your order: artwork confirmations, pricing, production updates, and pickup or delivery coordination.

Message frequency varies with your order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts never affects your order — we'll switch to email or a phone call.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. SMS data is not shared with anyone except our texting service provider, which delivers our messages.

We share your information only with the service providers who make the shop run: Stripe processes payments (we never see or store your card number), our email provider delivers order emails, and our database host stores order records. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

We never sell your personal information, and we never share it for advertising.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for bookkeeping, taxes, and reorders (crews come back). If you want your contact information deleted, email us and we'll remove it, keeping only what tax law requires us to retain.

We use cookieless product analytics — Vercel Web Analytics and PostHog — to see how people use the site and where to improve it. Neither sets a tracking cookie; PostHog is configured to keep data in memory for your visit only, never saved to your device.

We may record anonymized session replays (how someone clicks and scrolls, not who they are) to spot where the quote flow is confusing and fix it.

We don't use advertising trackers, and we never sell your information — same as everything else on this page.
